A billboard campaign is launching in North Carolina to target major highways and reduce the state's status as the Southeast's abortion destination, where 36% of abortions are performed on out-of-state residents. Three billboards have been secured along major routes into Charlotte, Fayetteville, and Wilmington for September through November 2026 as part of the 'Don't Swallow the Lie' campaign in partnership with West Virginians for Life.
